Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Senttri ("Senttri," "we," "us"). By creating an account or using Senttri, you agree to these Terms.
Senttri is currently operated by its founding team while incorporation is completed. Once the corporate entity is formed, we'll update these Terms with its legal name and registered address and notify account holders of the change.
1. The service
Senttri connects to email accounts you authorize (Gmail, Outlook/Microsoft 365, Yahoo, iCloud) and presents them in a single, AI-categorized inbox, along with features like scheduled sending, snoozing, delegation, and team notes. You're responsible for having the right to connect any account you add — including having authorization to use it if it isn't your own.
2. Accounts and plans
Senttri is currently in private beta and is free to use while the beta lasts. You will never be charged without first explicitly subscribing to a paid plan. When paid plans launch, subscriptions will be billed through Stripe on a recurring basis until cancelled; you'll be able to cancel anytime from Settings, with cancellation taking effect at the end of the current billing period. You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Senttri to:
- Send unsolicited bulk email, spam, or phishing content;
- Violate any applicable law, or the terms of the email providers you connect;
- Attempt to bypass rate limits, security controls, or access controls;
- Interfere with the service's operation or other users' use of it.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.
4. Your content
You retain all ownership rights in the email content, attachments, and other data you connect to or create in Senttri. You grant us a limited license to access, store, and process that content solely to provide and improve the service to you — we don't claim ownership of it, and we don't use it to train AI models (see our Privacy Policy).
5. AI features
Categorization, and any other AI-assisted feature, is provided on a best-effort basis and may be inaccurate or incomplete. You're responsible for reviewing important messages rather than relying solely on automatic categorization.
6. Third-party services
Connecting Gmail, Outlook/Microsoft 365, Yahoo, or iCloud, and paying via Stripe, means those providers' own terms of service also apply to your use of their services. We aren't responsible for outages, policy changes, or data loss caused by a third-party provider.
7. Termination
You may stop using Senttri and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or if required by law. On termination, your data is deleted per our Privacy Policy.
8. Disclaimers
Senttri is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Senttri and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of data or missed communications, beyond amounts you've paid us in the preceding 12 months.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify account admins directly.
