Senttri vs. Superhuman

Last updated July 16, 2026

Superhuman is a fast, Gmail- and Microsoft 365-only email client — it doesn't connect to Yahoo, iCloud, or any other provider, and multiple accounts are switched between, not merged. Senttri unifies Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, iCloud, and Microsoft 365 into one AI-sorted inbox. Superhuman's entry-level Mail pricing starts around $33–40/user/month; Senttri starts at $14/user/month.

Superhuman is a fast, keyboard-driven email client for people who live in Gmail or Microsoft 365 all day. It's a genuinely well-built product — but it only ever shows you one provider's accounts at a time, switched between rather than merged, and it doesn't connect to Yahoo or iCloud at all.

The core difference: Senttri's reason to exist is unifying accounts from different providers into one AI-sorted inbox. If every account you own is already Gmail or Microsoft 365, Superhuman's keyboard-shortcut-first design may suit you better. If you're juggling a Gmail personal account, a Microsoft 365 work account, and maybe an old Yahoo or iCloud address, Senttri is built for exactly that.

Comparison verified July 16, 2026 against superhuman.com/plans and Superhuman's public blog/help center. Superhuman (formerly Grammarly, which acquired the Superhuman email client in July 2025 and rebranded the whole company to Superhuman in October 2025) doesn't publish trial length or exact pricing tiers consistently across its own materials — verify current pricing directly on superhuman.com/plans before making a purchase decision.
