Gmail and Outlook connect via the OAuth button you use everywhere else; Yahoo and iCloud use an app-specific password instead. Either way, your real account password never touches Senttri.

Which email providers are supported?+–
Gmail and Outlook/Microsoft 365 connect via OAuth. Yahoo and iCloud connect via IMAP using an app-specific password (a separate credential you generate, not your real account password).
Is my email private? Does the AI train on it?+–
We don't sell your data, and neither we nor our AI processing partner use your email to train models. Categorizing a message sends only its subject, a short preview snippet, and up to 500 characters of body text to our AI processor — never the full body or attachments. How do I get into the beta?+–
Join the waitlist and we'll send invites in batches as we open up spots. The beta is free, and your data and settings carry over automatically when we launch — nothing to redo.
How many inboxes can I connect?+–
Solo connects up to 5 provider accounts. Team and Enterprise scale with your team — 7 connected accounts per seat, so a 3-person team gets 21.
Can I disconnect an account anytime?+–
Yes, from Settings. Disconnecting deletes that account's messages, attachment files, and tracking data from our systems — not just the connection.
How is this different from Gmail's tabs?+–
Gmail's tabs only sort Gmail, and only Gmail. Senttri unifies Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, and iCloud into one inbox and applies the same AI categorization across all of them — the point isn't a better single-provider filter, it's not having to check four inboxes in four apps.
If I track opens, does the recipient know?+–
No — like most read-receipt features, the recipient isn't notified. Track opens works via a small invisible image, which some email clients block automatically, so "opened" isn't always 100% reliable. It's off by default per message if you'd rather not use it.
